• When do you provide tours?

We are available for tours based on your schedules.  As a policy, we do not schedule tours on wedding days out of respect for the families who are using the venue during that time.

  • How do I book a wedding?

The first step is to schedule a tour with us, so we can meet you, walk you through the property, and talk through any questions you may have. If you are interested in booking with us, we will send you our contract for you to review and sign. To officially reserve the date, we must receive your signed contract and a deposit of $3,000.

  • Can we bring items to the venue before our date?

Of course! You are welcome to drop off anything (decorations, dresses, pictures, etc.) on Friday for morning for your wedding. We always clean on Thursdays, and you may begin decorating early Friday morning.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol to the wedding?

Alcohol is allowed only through a licensed vendor.  We will direct you to a licensed liquor company, and that company will provide the licensed bartender and licenses needed for serving alcohol. That must be submitted 2 weeks before the event— no exceptions.

Only beer, wine, mimosas, champagne, our frozen machine rental, and/or a signature cocktails are allowed.  You are NOT allowed to bring alcohol to the venue, only licensed companies may bring alcohol.   Security is also required if you serve alcohol.

  • Are Deposits refundable?

No.  All Deposits for reserving a date are non-refundable. However, we do understand that cancellations happen. We do not refund money until your date is firmly rebooked.

Security Deposits are refundable if no damage has been incurred at White Oak Venue.

  • Are we required to use your catering?

No, we do not require you to use our vendors provided for catering for your reception or rehearsal dinner (if you choose to host your rehearsal dinner with us). You may choose whom you desire.

  • Do we need to hire security or provide additional insurance?

Yes, we ask that all events that serve alcohol provide an additional liability coverage called "A One Day Event Policy" (usually free through your homeowners) and provide us with a copy 2 weeks prior to the event to our email.

Also, all events that serve alcohol must schedule our personal WO Officer for your event.

NO EXCEPTIONS- so please don't ask!!!

  • Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

Yes! We have a recommended list for all budgets that we highly encourage our brides to use. We have worked with the vendors on this list multiple times.

As a rule, we do not ask vendors to pay to be on this list, nor do we receive any 'kick-backs' if you choose to book one of them. We simply trust them to do to an amazing job for every bride.
